"Gave up after the booking site kept freezing"
I tried booking a cruise on celebritycruises it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Maybe I’m just impatient, and I was trying to get it done quickly between other stuff, but the site kept freezing right when I was picking the room. Then when I went back in, the prices had changed, which just made the whole thing worse. I called customer service thinking they could help, but I got bounced around and nobody really seemed to know why my booking wouldn’t go through. They mostly just kept telling me to try again later. For a trip that costs this much, I expected the booking process to be a lot smoother. I ended up giving up and booking somewhere else
"Clean ship, but not really the upgrade I was expect"
The ship were clean enough, so I can’t really complain about that part, but the amenities was a letdown for me. The pool areas feel way too crowded most days, and there wasn’t much shade to sit under. The gym was fine, but it is small for how many people were onboard. A few of the lounges looked kind of worn out too. I was expecting more from Celebrity, especially with what we paid. It wasn’t awful, just didn’t felt like the relaxing upgrade I thought it would be.

"I was sort of expecting it to..."
I was sort of expecting it to feel packed, especially around the pool and stuff, but it really wasn’t bad. I mean, there were definitely busier moments by the pool, sure, but meals and getting on and off felt easy. And there were enough quiet little spots around that I could just sit and kind of zone out, which I really liked.

"Pretty good trip, but wheelchair access had some hiccups"
We took this cruise with my mom, who uses a wheelchair, and overall it was a decent experience. I had been a little nervous beforehand because she doesn’t travel as much as she used to, and we were all kind of overpacked, which probably didn’t help. The staff were mostly kind and willing to help, and the accessible cabin had enough room for her to move around comfortably. The tricky part was at some of the ports, where it wasn’t always clear who we were supposed to ask for assistance or where to go. The elevators were also packed often, so we spent a fair amount of time just waiting around. They definitely made an effort, but some parts felt not fully thought through. We still had a nice time, but the accessibility side could be a lot smoother.

I paid what felt like a fair price, but i got way more than I was expecting. I kind of blame myself for not trying this sooner because it turned out to be such a good deal. Really happy with the whole experience.

"Refund Got Sorted, But It Took Too Much Effort"
I had to cancel a cruise, getting the refund handled was more frustrating than I think it should’ve been. I try to be reasonable with these things, but my standard is that customer service should at least give consistent answers and keep track of a complaint properly. Instead, I kept getting told different things and felt like I was being passed from one person to another. It did eventually get resolved, but only after a lot of phone calls and waiting around. For a company that size, I expected the process to be handled much better. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely disappointing.

I had a booking issue that needed fixing, and the agent was great. They were super patient, got it sorted quickly, and didn’t put me through any unnecessary back-and-forth. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

"Honestly, Embarkation Was Easier Than I Thought"
I was expecting embarkation to be a hassle, but for me it actually went smoothly. I had a set check-in time, and once I got there, the line kept moving faster than I thought it would. I only had to wait a little bit in the terminal, which was a nice surprise. The staff I dealt with were friendly and told me exactly where I needed to go, so I didn’t feel lost or annoyed. Getting off the ship was mostly easy too, though it did get a little packed around the elevators. I found my luggage without any trouble, which was the main thing I cared about at that point. It wasn’t totally perfect, but overall I had a good experience.

"Nice staff overall, but service was a bit inconsistent"
The onboard staff were mostly friendly and I could tell they were trying, but the service felt a little hit or miss. Some of the bar and dining staff were really great, while others seemed rushed or like they weren’t fully listening. Our room attendant was pleasant enough too, but we had to ask twice for a couple of things. It didn’t ruin the trip or anything, but I was expecting the crew to be a bit more consistent. Did anyone else run into the same kind of issue?

"Drink package felt a little shady to me"
I felt like the drink package was a ripoff. It was already way too expensive, and then the rules were so confusing that I started wondering if that was the point. Every time I tried to order something, the staff would tell me it wasn’t included, even though I thought it was. Maybe I missed some fine print, but the whole thing just felt off

"Fun Overall, Though Some Things Blended Together"
I mostly remember the shows being decent and the trivia nights being a lot of fun. After a few days, though, the activities started to feel kind of the same, or at least that’s how I remember it. It wasn’t bad by any means, I just thought there might be a little more variety

"Wifi was inconsistent"
The cruise itself was really nice overall, but the wifi was hit or miss. Sometimes it worked fine, and then out of nowhere it would get super slow or just drop completely. For what it cost, I expected a more reliable connection, especially for simple stuff like checking emails and messages. I’m glad I didn’t count on it for anything too important, because I would’ve been stressed.

"A Trip That Just Felt Right"
I really enjoyed this itinerary. The ports were great, the days felt easy and not rushed, and there was a nice mix of places to explore. i just trusted my gut when booking it, and I’m glad I did, it ended up being exactly the kind of trip I was hoping for.

"Dinner Was Honestly a Feast"
I genuinely loved the dinners here. The buffet had so many good choices it felt almost overwhelming in the best way, like a mini food paradise every night. I kept going back because there was always something tempting to try
"Clean enough, but not quite what I expected"
The ship was mostly clean and the public areas looked fine, but our room was a little disappointing at first. There was some dust in the corners, and the bathroom didn’t feel as fresh as I’d expect when we arrived. To be fair, the staff did come by and tidy up every day, and it definitely improved as the trip went on. It wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of average for a cruise. If it’s like this next time, I’d probably think twice about booking with them again

"Onboard bill was mostly right"
Had a really good cruise with Celebrity, the onboard bill was pretty much what I expected. Nice.
I checked the app here and there during the trip, and most charges popped up quickly. Drinks, dining, and a few shop purchases all looked right. There was one small charge that made me pause, but guest services explained it without any hassle. Easy.
By the end, the final bill was correct and there weren’t any strange surprises after we got home. Relief. I’d give it 4 stars just because the app was a little laggy at times.

"Worth it if you cruise a lot"
I’m not going to overthink it, my brain basically sees free drinks and priority boarding and goes, “Yep, that’s a win.” The loyalty program makes repeat cruises feel a little smoother, especially when you’re skipping some of the usual waiting around. A few of the perks are minor, but i just file them under better than nothing.

"Cabin really let the trip down"
The cabin was just not it. It felt cramped and stuffy the whole time, and whoever picked that bed clearly wasn’t planning to sleep on it themselves because it was way too hard. I barely got decent sleep most nights, which pretty much dragged down the whole trip. For what they charge, they really should be doing better. I wouldn’t book this ship again.

I booked my cruise through the site and then used the app to double-check the details. I was in a relaxed mood at the time, so I didn’t mind poking around a bit, and most of it was simple enough. A few pages did load slowly though, and the login process was a little annoying

"Fun tours, but Celebrity could’ve done better"
I booked a few shore excursions through Celebrity, some of them were really fun and easy to follow. The guides were nice too, so no complaints there. But a couple of the tours felt rushed, and for the price, I kind of expected more. That’s on Celebrity, in my opinion, because they’re the ones packaging and pricing these things. I might book one again, but next time I’m definitely checking local options first
